We’re a piano and violin duo who teach both instruments. We are located in Olympia, WA (Lacey), and our studio is steadily growing. (There is more information about us individually below.) Our studio is equipped with a beautiful Steinway grand in perfect condition as well as a gorgeous mahogany Kawai upright.

Violin instructor, Esther Woo, is a student of Simon James, renowned violin pedagogue in Seattle and concertmaster of the Seattle Chamber Orchestra. She has also studied extensively with Maria Larionoff, previous concertmaster of the Seattle Symphony. She studied at the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan and has been a member of several orchestras in Seattle. She has resided as concertmaster of several orchestras in the Olympic area. She has won several competitions including the Washington’s All-State and Solo/Ensemble.
Piano instructor, Grace Woo, graduated from the University of Washington with a B.M. in piano performance under Dr. Robin McCabe, head of the piano department and previous director of music. She studied with Dr. Samuel Hsu, student of famed pedagogue, Rosina Lhevinne. She has performed with the UW Symphony multiple times and is widely sought after as an accompanist and teacher in the Seattle area.
